We confirm the correct support category and current line item code with your plan manager before we quote — so what you receive is ready to process first time.
Support categories and line item codes are updated by the NDIA each year, so we confirm the current code against the published Support Catalogue and agree it with your plan manager before quoting rather than assuming last year's. Quotes include the support category, line item code, our provider registration ID and GST status. If you need something specific for a participant's plan, just ask.
